What is a Fanzine/Zine?	A zine is an unofficial, fan-made, collaborative publication typically featuring both fan-made illustrations and stories.
Is this Zine for profit?	Yes, A Shining Light is a for-profit Zine. All proceeds will first go to production, then to seeing that our entire team receives a full bundle of all our products. Any remaining profit will be distributed evenly between mods and contributors.
What content is allowed in this Zine?	This Zine is SFW, and any content existing within the BNHA/Marvel universe is allowed. Although this Zine is not exclusive to any certain ship, we encourage contributors to create any (non-problematic) ship content they would like to!
How many contributors will be accepted?	We are looking for 20 artists, 15 writers, and 6 merch artists - including guest contributors!
Will there be guest contributors?	Yes, there will be guest contributors.
How will guest contributors be chosen?	Guest contributors will be invited based on recommendations given to us from the interest check. These recommendations will be evaluated based on which recommendations best fit the Zine by the mod team.
Can I apply for multiple positions?	Yes, but you will only be accepted for one.
When will the Zine be produced?	TBD after contributor applications close.
How will applicants be contacted?	All applicants will be contacted via email.
How will contributors submit files for check-ins and submissions?	Google Forms will be used for all submissions and check-ins.
Will contributors be allowed to publish their work?	Yes, once leftover sales are complete, contributors will be allowed to publish their work.
What will the physical dimensions of this Zine be?	We are currently planning on it being a 6"x9" booklet.
What kinds of media will be accepted as contributions for the Zine?	Art, articles, comics, written fics, in-universe media and more could be accepted for this Zine. We are looking for a diverse array of media to explore the diverse history, experience, and interpretations of both these universes. However, we reserve the right to approve or deny ideas or proposals at the mod team’s discretion.
What content specifications are there, such word count requirements or art size?	Traditionally written works should be roughly 2.5k to 3.5k words, and art will be full page. Non-traditional works will be given specifications on a case-by-case basis.
Are collaborations allowed?	Yes, collaborations are allowed.
Where will the zine be shipped from?	Shipping will be done from the US.
